Her best quote: “Beauty comes from inside and my impersonating comes from getting close to the spirit of the people I perform in my shows. Now days I become very collective, I want to impersonate great souls and talents both. I work for the light” 👍 Can you share your experience as an Easterseal 2023 Dreamer and how it has impacted your journey in the film industry? Also are you going to be involved in 2024 Easterseal challenge? "Dreamer" isn't just a film, is something unique for the humanity! It's a testament to the power of storytelling, diversity, and the collaborative spirit within the film industry. It challenges norms and showcases the incredible talent and creativity that knows no bounds, transcending barriers and resonating deeply with audiences across various platforms and festivals. What sets "Dreamer" apart is its groundbreaking inclusion of three disabled actors—Natalie Oden, Leo Zemke, and me—who bring their our diverse experiences and talents to the forefront. Additionally, having disabled members involved in the production, such as Shelby Lock, Lucie de Jong, and Clinton Siegle. The film's success is huge because selected, and even winning awards in various prestigious film festivals:from the Couch Film Festival to the Sussex International Film Festival, "Dreamer" has left a lasting impact on audiences and critics alike! That was an amazing experience,Mr.Siegle is very talented director! Also, he trusted me to play a very classy, “Pin -up” girl from 60’s,in his film “ Despoina’s boulevard”. I had the opportunity to drive car first time in my life in film. The beautiful landscape of Bolivia, plus the antics cars, it was so nostalgic. 👍 "Crimes of the Future" (2022) directed by David Cronenberg is a notable film in your portfolio. Can you tell us about your role in the movie and any memorable experiences from the set? In this case I had a small part in a huge director film! By the way the cast included not so many actors, but all of them are amazing actors like Vigo Mortensen, Lea Seydoux, Kristen Stewart and more!!! My shoot was night and with Ms. Mortensen. Mr. Cronenberg was very kind and sweet on the set, also very fast because he knew exactly what he wanted!! The film show the next level of humanoids which is already we live. That film went to Cannes film festival and I was waiting at list to have him a honorary award! But no, after Mr. Mortensen said that this fact was a shame and I agree. Cronenberg is a category by himself in the globally cinema and he offered so many tremendous films. At the end I remember in the after party I kissed his hand and I told him “ Thank you Mr. Cronenberg for what you offered in the globally Cinéma all this years and that I had the honor to meet you in my life!!” 👍Despina Moirou you met Eugene Chaplin, son of the great Charlie Chaplin and grandson of playwright Eugene O'Neill how are you feeling? Also I gave him the statue of the goddess of Victory as a gift, along with my comic calendars. I felt Charlie Chaplin dna when I touched him!!! 👍During these 3 last years, you made 3 future films playing 3 iconic cinema stars: Marilyn Monroe, Elizabeth Taylor, and Sophia Loren. Now you won honoring awards both at Cannes and Venice film festival 2023  for your Sophia Loren performance!Tell us about this! This year I was sooo lucky to made 2 big British films one about Elizabeth Taylor,”Affairs in Carpi ”and another film in Hydra that I play the iconic actress Sophia Loren. For me to performed three of the most legendary actress is the gift of my life and my career. All actress dream to play iconic talents one day.For me they was both amazing actresses and beauty icons.I was so happy ,same time I was very responsible to play them with respect and as much real as I can. So, I send tape and the casting director Suzanne Kendal write me back”You are in shock with your talent, you take the role”,,,I was doing a party that day to my self to celebrate ,,myself,,!!For Liz part I did Stand up comedy and the director discovered me there and asked me to do Taylor impersonation,I did it and I really had work up to her before played her in comedy clubs. That time was her biography film and he love affair with Richard Burton. The Wells actor Ed Ward play the character of Burton. We are not so many students this class,He is very collective. He taught to as the difference in drama, from screen  to the theatrical stage. He  gave the character of “Salome” to work, the play of Oscar Wilde.I was watching speechless Jessica Chastain who is in my opinion the best actress now. All this is important, because he don’t use to teach other time. Now he is the Co-President of the Actors Studio. 👍As a member of the David Lynch Foundation, which focuses on bringing Transcendental Meditation to those in need, how has this practice impacted your life and work, particularly in the bustling atmosphere of Los Angeles? David Lynch is a mythical director and a tremendous spirit!! I feel blessed to support as much as I can his foundation because he empathizes to soul & spirit first! Without meditation Hollywood is like a black hole and very easy can absorb you!! Work daily transform for spirit to the light and stay in a divine presence condition I become a spiritual actress. Lynch made the big difference in my life, and many others souls too!!! 👍 Your involvement in "Life in a Day" (2020) directed by Ridley Scott showcases a unique collaborative filmmaking experience. How did this project differ from your other works, and what did you learn from this collaborative process? I had the honour to co-direct & play in "Life in A Day " by Ridley Scott, which premiered in Sundance film festival 2/2/2021. In the middle of the pandemic the Oscar winner director Kevin McDonald and Sir. Ridley Scott 2020 called on millions of people around the world to film their lives from all around the world. I was impersonating Sir.Elton John and I was played him how he performed before and after covid!! I used my black piano and I did as always the make up and dressed up  with a mask and without. Also, I made Ozzy and Freddie Mercury and I send to them in London 75 videos! They chosen my Elton John character!! That’s was a great divine gift!!! We had a zoom meeting when Kevin told us that they chosen our videos between near a million videos!! I want to say a huge THANK YOU TO THEM!! Especially because more part of the film is a drama but are there just few comedy parts about covid, between them mine. Same time the co directed credit came because I directed my scene. 👍How was the masterclass with the great director Emir Kustouritsa? I feel very lucky to have had the luck and honor to meet this leading Emir Kusturitsa, a charismatic personality of world cinema, with an anti-systemic and free spirit! During the MasterClass on November 2023, I asked him about Artificial Intelligence and how it is harming all fields. He agreed that AI is harming cinema and at the end he gave me the diploma of the masterclass, while I presented him a gift the image of Saint George, with whom he has a spiritual connection!I love all of his movies and Bregovitz music! 👍 "On My Block" (2019) on Netflix and "Show Me a Hero" (2015) on HBO are both acclaimed projects. How do you approach diverse roles in different platforms,Can you provide details on what they were ? My first appearance in American Tv was  In 2015 in New York when I did stand-up at the N. Y. Comedy club, where I impersonated Lucille Ball and the show aired on HBO.Later I played in HBO drama Tv series 'Show me a Hero”,with Oscar Isaak  directed by Paul Haggis.I still remember this amazing experience! After,I  did the drama Tv series in "Vox Influx" , I was in the drama film "Vamp Bikers Dos" the character of Queen Fellini in AMAZON,a year after I was in  Lifetime channel drama film "A Mother 's Sacrifice”,that I play Liz,later in the TV Series "Made In Hollywood”,in 2019 I was participated on NETFLIX comedy series 'On My Block". The Series received the "Teens Choice Award”. Directed by Tommy Maddox, the DP of Spike Lee! 👍 As a multi-talented individual involved in acting, writing, stand-up comedy, and astronomy, how do you balance these diverse pursuits, and do they influence each other in any significant way? Comedians make us laugh, without laughter we would loose in many ways connections to our souls. So don’t take everything maybe too serious.  Acting is mirroring in some way. And we all need acting to be aware how much impersonating we are doing each day and evolve maybe to a more constructive way of human evolution in all parts of our society. As about science, for me comedy is mathematics!! Writing and painting was a charisma from when I was a child. I received my first writing award 13th years old for a poem and 14th for a drama novel. 👍Talk to as about Stand Up Comedy? How many imperosnations are you doing? You already made 3 comedy calendars which sold out. Which part was or is the funnest? I started my stand-up comedy career at the New York Comedy Club, which was my first show. It was Halloween and I went on stage as Lucille Ball and wrote a monologue about her. The audience’s reaction was very enthusiastic. That night, my manager Mark Pritcher discovered me and asked me to come to LA. Since then, I frequently do stand-up shows in many different comedy clubs.I am also a theatrical actress; I have done a lot of classical theater before, including The Odd Couple by Neil Simon, Uncle Vanya by Chekhov, etc. I love to smell the wood of the stage and to have contact with the audience, especially through stand up. Last year alone, I locked in at least 200 shows. I have a strong passion for comedy, and I am a workaholic. My  faces impersonations include :Lucile Ball, Al Pacino, Melania Trupm , Nancy Pelosi,  Joan Crawford, Sofia Vergara, Ozzy Osbourne, Judge Judy, Kim Kardashian, Lady Gaga,J onny Depp,  Eminem, Bruno Mars, Penelope Cruz, Ariana Huffington, Cardi B ,  Marilyn Monroe, Liz Taylor, David Bowie, Fredy Mercury,  Jack Sparrow,  Elton John, Sophia Loren,  katy Perry, Lindsay Lohan , Ivana Trump,Frank Zappa, Bette Davis, etc.I established a stand-up career at various comedy clubs that I perform as a regular. I love the Comedy Store and Laugh Factory in LA, and the New York Comedy Club, Caroline’s,Stand Up New York etc. I’m a funny person, I like to laugh in my personal life and so in my professional life I enjoy more comedy roles! Paradoxically, though, I have received two writing awards for drama! Now I just made my comedy calendar 2024 offering in the lovely memory of Charlie Chaplin. 👍Ms.mirou  you received 70 awards globally, you are very young how do you feel for this global recognition and audience admiration for you?Can you highlight few awards and how they have contributed to your growth as an artist? I am a mentally and spiritual spirit. Thanks for all this awards, the USA recognized my talent and my abilities in this since. But for me is means a “Bravo”.I wanna leave behind me books,or some new theories, or the audience to remember me for my performing. Also ,I feel very much love from the American audience, and for me the “Audience favorite actress”was my best.Also,2 more awards in the White house, which was not about my acting, but about my philanthropy work. At the end all these are items,I m gonna give to my nieces. I can t take the awards with me when I ll be dead!!It is shows the illusion, many people think,”more awards you have ,more value you have”. This is a big trip! Because my soul and spirit are more valuable for me that many awards. We won many awards, all around the world, from India to Japan, to London and Germany. I m very happy when the director inspired from me,and write up to me like Mr.Siegle or Bob lcLean wrote  characters for me.Thats means that they knows be good enough, and because I am an Actors studio method actress, I did a lot of preparation. That was just the beginning, we will gonna win more awards, and we will work again soon. 👍Ms. Mirou you met Piedro Almodovar at Cannes, can you talk about the conversation on the red carpet there? That was by far the most incredible meeting!!See I am not only work passionate, but very lucky too. Almodovar is for me the epitome as one of the biggest directors in Europe. I told him”Thank you for making films about women, you are honoring us. From where are you so deeply in women issues in all of your films? He answered to me very sweet “Is because I love so much my mother”!!After we walk on the red carpet to watch the film. For me Almodovar is a category by himself. He is unique. 👍Tell us about your huge successful film “Tango Shalom”? It was an unbelievable collaboration, one which took place in a highly enjoyable and inspiring atmosphere, not to mention the amount of laughter we all shared during filming! I had an incredible time, and furthermore learned so much about comedy by watching superb actors like Renee Taylor (The Nanny), Joseph Boglona (My Favorite Year) and Lainie Kazan (My Big Fat Greek Wedding), each playing their roles with such mastery. My character is Susan Shulman, a Hasidic Jewish girl that follows the lead character with a hilarious gossip-driven intent. My director Gabriel Bologna will win an Oscar soon, together with his lovely wife Zizi the music composer of the film. 👍Ms. Mirou, your work with NASA, National Space Cociety, SETI institute by the famous Carl Sagan ,where is that going? There I participate in the “Artemis mission”, which is about a new mission to the moon on 2024! The moon always keep my attention.Especially the dark side of the moon as Pink Floyd historical album! Same time when I was finish the SETI class, after 8 years non-stop studies{first English, after Director, after Astronomy} I decided to wrote about planets or other flying objects like umuamua,Klessier ,nano-planets,nebulas,and life in universe etc. 👍Despina what do you wish for the humanity?
